| Title | Sales Coordinator
|
| Purpose |
- To be responsible for the day to day efficient management, analysis and follow-up of sales operations in order to maximize revenue.
- Provide administrative support to the whole team.
- Prepare quotations and issue orders.
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties.

| Responsibilities |
- Maintain a healthy relationship with existing customers while searching for new ones.
- Provide sales and administrative support in the efficient handling of top and confidential agreements, supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets.
- Communicate with regional sales teams to check the status of an order and the position of sales.
- Provide input and ideas into marketing enterprises and subsequently promote them and monitor responses.
- Prepare monthly, weekly or daily reports.
- Prepare proposals, sales reports and presentations.
- Update the status of sales orders in the database or computer.
- Collect, analyze, evaluate and account the information in order to increase the productivity of sales.
- Monitor trends and assess performance against monthly sales goals.
- Maintain an efficient work environment.
- Promote the facilities of the organization to fresh and existing customers proactively.
- Coordinate and respond to all requests of internal meetings.
- Assist in the implementation of a sales strategy as prepared by the Commercial Team Manager.
- Attend network and promotional events to develop and maintain contact with potential clients and professional bodies.

| Education | A bachelor’s degree. College graduates preferred.
|
| Required skills | Computer literate with TAS and People Package.
|
| Required Experience | At least 2 years of experience.
|
| Required Languages | Fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
|

- Proficient in MS Applications (Excel, Word and Power Point)
